ただいま

so i crossed the horizon and came back.

with a guitar, and a backpack and a luggage so heavy
that it could hardly be lifted up, i boarded trains, planes
and made it back to the tropics where i live.

shedding thick layers of sweaters and coats like a coccoon,
now i live in Summer again.

music accompanied my 25-day trip everyday.
music never left my mind.
recordings, performing live..
at times it got me too worried,
but it also gave me sheer glee when songs were completed,
and it made me many new friends.

thank you to everyone who supported my album recordings this time.
thank you to everyone who came to Sonorium for our label’s showcase.

3 more songs to go (and lots of mixing!) and my album will be completed.
and that’s the next time i will see you.
